How's this one from last week – Santa impaled by a shark with what looks to be four eyes.
Yep, it's on low cost, high mark up items. Probably be double if not more what you'd get towards actual store.Happy with the membership items. They arrived nice and quick. I like most of the items, though don’t like the shape of the caps (too high), will probably be good for kids though. Backpacks and water bottles and stickers etc all good.
I think people forget that the credit amount is just a nominal amount, there’s no way you would get that much credit if they were for real sharks store items.

Some would rather $10-20 against actual store, but either don't mind the crap (especially for kids) or don't care too much either way.

You have had 14 days to customise your 2024 Membership Packs and as you were yet to do so, the standard packs were triggered, ensuring you had some items prior to Christmas. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions on our Website; however, I understand if this was not made clear.
We are working with our suppliers on the issue regarding the order as it seems that XXXX’s Pack that was processed is under your name, instead of his name. In the meantime, please do not redeem the Membership Pack that is left for yourself in the Mber+ Portal as this could affect how we resolve the reverting back of the Credit for XXXX’s Pack.
Please be patient with us as we are trying our best to get back to all requests from our Members. We will update you when we have further information and apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused.
If you have any further questions or there is anything else that we can do, please let us know.

2 weeks to decide your order from receipt of email, with no mention of that in said email is mind boggling...Fmd. I got the same email as you about thanks for your order. How can this club continue to Fck up such a relatively simple process

The family goodwill for getting trinkets obviously far outweighs the clubs environmental responsibilities.
Last idea is a good one but still assumes the value of the $40 credit is $40, actually it is just whatever the club paid for the items, probably like $5-10.
I'm with you though $10 full store credit would be better but then you'd get people sooking why can't I just have $10 off my membership, or I can't get my four kids much with $60 credit etc (compared to the cheapy stuff).
No real obvious way to have an outcome that works for everyone - best bet is appeal to the families and kids I guess?
