I think it’s a good idea if it turns a profit
The club should try using the facilities a bit more for events.
Maybe quiz nights, comedy nights etc etc if the first few prove to be profitable

Will be shocked if it does. Heaps of clubs around Sydney have moved away from it as it generally costs them money to run.

At least non paying juniors are both potential future paying members & likely club supporters , unlike those clubs that are big on counting pet memberships regardless of which club the pet wants to support.
