Round 26 vs Knights
- Heavy load from the centres and wingers coming out of their end
- Ridiculous defensive work rate from Toby
- Heaviest attacking involvement in any game so far from Brailey (double his season average)
- Colquhoun set a new low for possession by a player in a game (33%) moving Williams to second place (36% vs Storm)
- Attacking numbers for most middles overall are down because there was almost no possession inside the attacking 25.

For anyone wondering, I'm collating the players in order of least-to-most games played.

With Colquhoun down, here are the next three I'll finish off.

6 - Colquhoun
10 - Tracey
13 - Finucane
15 - Rudolf

TLDR but Colquhoun at 6 and Tracey at prop is wild. I think your model needs work if it is suggesting that

It also says that Hiroti and Atkinson should both play fullback ;)

Unconventional I know, but it worked for Potter and Blake.

Round 22 v Panthers
Keep in mind the position switching for a lot of the players here (Nikora, Ramien, Talakai, Williams).

Despite the ridiculous 81 tackle effort, this game was well down the list for overall involvement for McInnes (10th overall and 11th out of 14 games for attacking involvement).

This is consistent with what we saw from McInnes last year. You can play him for 80 and work him to the bone, and he will still be one of your best players - but you'll get better results for the team if you keep him under about the 55 minute mark.

Shout out to Hazelton in this one too. 43 tackles in just over half a game is a furious pace for a big man. He didn't have any highlight reel plays in this one, but it was possibly his best game in terms of maintaining a level for a longer stint against a quality team. Positive signs for Tommy.

Round 25 vs Cowboys
-Tracey with a similar workload to the other backs plus about 50% on top of that for kick returns.
- Rudolf very heavily involved in this one. Same involvement as the benchies for almost double the minutes.
- Moylan didn't get a score.
- The first half had the 3rd highest ball in play of the games I've looked at so far (almost 30 minutes).

Round 27 vs Raiders
Bit of a messy one for stats because Tracey went off and it forced some wacky re-shuffling in the last 10 minutes.

I've ignored the last 10 minutes in attack for McInnes and Brailey, and just used their numbers to that point.

Round 11 vs Manly
This was a bit of a weird one statistically. Really low involvement in attack but very high defensive involvement from both starting props (Finucane and Hunt) with a higher than average involvement from the centres and wingers. Possibly a strategic decision to play Manly this way.

Round 12 vs Knights
Huge game from Finucane.
Massive defensive output from Hazelton (again) in limited minutes.

This also means I've finished Connor Tracey, and it let's me start a comparison chart for the backs :)

Not much to see in this one just yet, but it's a start.

You chart tease, you!

Interested to see the Kennedy/Tracey fullback comparison because I'm a glutton for punishment
Just remember with the backs that this is everything they do inside their own 40, plus yardage plays outside their 40. Shifts don't count.

For forwards, everything counts.

Round 18 v Dragons
A few notes on this one....

- Uele got injured on the opening kick-off, played until around the 25 minute mark, and didn't come back.
- This was by far and away Nikora's lowest involvement in any game so far as a running forward... but he managed to score two tries.
- The Sharks scored 9 tries and had 1 disallowed (Ronnie held up). Of the 7 of these plays that he was on the field for, 6 came off a Finucane play the ball.

Round 14 v Broncos
Weird game. Lots of possession in the Broncos end (look at all the dark grey from the forwards). Lots of blown opportunities. Forwards did their job but the end of sets were poor.

Quite different distribution of minutes with McInnes out and Wilton having a HIA. it meant Graham, Hunt and Kaufusi all played a little more.

Williams very strong again in low minutes.

Round 9 vs Cowboys
- Hazelton going full noise for a very short stint.
- Good involvement from Brailey and the back rowers
- BHU was a kick return specialist in this one. They just kept kicking it to his side.

I have two more games to do before I can complete Tom's chart :)

Round 8 vs Bulldogs
Interesting notes from this round...

- Despite playing in different stints, Williams, BHU and Kaufusi all played almost identical ball in play time (they were all within 50 seconds of each other).
- The Bulldogs did a poor job of forcing the Sharks to run the ball out of their own 20

Round 7 v Roosters
-That lazy bum Kaufusi was the busiest attacking player in this one, and played the ball on the match winning try and the line break leading to the match-sealing try. Up there with the Raiders game for his best output of the season imo.
- One of Wade's more involved games.
