Totally agree. What's to lose. He can't possibly have a worse kicking game. If he can dribble the ball in the in goal twice a game he's already a mile ahead. At this stage I'd rather play with 12

Only way you can develop a player is sticking by him. Honestly Flanno won't drop Robson, Murphy will be 19th man and that's all.

Listening to the game last night on ABC, Matthew Elliot was even saying the Robson is too predictable in attack and his options were boring and ugly.

yep he's a specialist half, loves organising,

if we give him a go it has to be for the season, would have been good to have given him a run before all of the injuries hit though

Yep. I doubt it but Murphy may well be the answer to our halfback woes long term. Given our desperation there is no reason not to give him a crack.

We paly the Titans who are struggling with the loss of Bird in the Forwards , our forwards are not in the best shape ATM , Murphy from what I have seen and heard could be just what we need , and a relative unknown can throw the opposition game plan a curve ball. its now or never

I'm all for giving Murphy a go but we must all remember that NSW Cup standards are nowhere near NRL standard. He's going to have to do his stuff quicker and be ready for blokes to belt him. No one is going to give him an easy passage.

I dont think sandow kicked a 40-20 yesterday. Thats the same amount that robbo has kicked for us in 3.5 seasons

Sad part is that Murphy should have played the 1st game against the Titans at home when Barba was out and the Titans own halves were in disarray .
Is Flanno a slow learner or just way to conservative ?
