either let Juodo step up next year or get Ian Henderson from the mouldys.

Pretty sure Henderson re-signed a month or so ago. Not sure but think i remember that.

Really i feel we have promoted enough youngsters, i dont just want our NYC team and Barrett to run out next year. We brought up who we had to and should continue to do that but i dont see the need to just keep bringing the Orchers and Juodos up before their time. Ricky sees them train and play and will bring them up when they are ready.

John Morris isnt ideal but he will do, and has been mentioned he can cover a half role in case of injury if needed but will give us at least a hooker other than Seu Seu who has been awesome but patchy and TC who is awesome but patchy and will forever have an injury cloud. Morris brings experience and dependability to add to the team.

TCain is an awesome player and it's devastating when you think about how good he could have potentially been without his injury. Even if his knee was 100% now, he would be four years behind in his development and experience.

I still hope we can offer him some kind of contract for next year, even if it's only an incentive based or low paying deal.

Good luck to the kid, hopefully with a little bit more time and care his knee will sort itself out?

i think re signing some of off contract players starting with our young players like porter, stapelton fergo, wright, brown and players like williams should be our top priority

well while we have the money why not extend it, we do not want to get in a bidding war for him, i am sure there is plenty of other clubs that would want him

Okay now that we're looking like we're definitely going to sign him let's take this seriously. What is he like at hooker and other positions other than 5/8? I must admit I'm judging him on a few games I've seen him play for Tigers this year at 5/8 and that's why I think he's crap. If he's a good dummy half then that is fine.

Either way I give Sharkies a benefit of the doubt so welcome aboard.

Halves, he is solid, nothing special at all.

Hooker I believe this is his position and where he has played his best football.

It does sound like a really bad signing but if he can play hooker and a utility role it's not a bad idea. What about his defence though, is it up to scratch?

I’d like to see Seu Seu become an 80 minute player, but I know Ricky loves having an impact hooker coming off the bench. He did the same thing with DeGois, but from what I’ve seen of Newcastle this year, they seem to be using him for the whole game (I might be wrong with this). I think he also used Craig Wing in a similar way at the Roosters, but I can’t remember who the other hooker they used was?

I remember watching one Knights game where he played a partial game. I remember because the guy he was partnered with looked heaps like him and played heaps like him.

As long as hes signed with a veiw to coming off the bench as hooker iv become fine with that. But do not want to see him taking a spot in halves ahead of anyone!

around about how much you reckon weed be spending on Morris GW? im hoping between 100-180 k.

Yeah hopefully we didn't spend too much on him. I guess it's an o.k signing... just keep him away from the halves!

I thought he was pretty good when he played at the Knights, and he was solid with Parra. I guess he's a decent hooker just don't want him calling the shots at half or 5/8
