Definitely Liverpool's title to lose now. Losing to Ipswich is such a typically Chelsea thing to do...

Even Stevie G himself wouldn't be able to find a way to screw it up now
Hey now! Don’t insult the great man.

Just because he rejected Chelsea twice

Wouldn't have been Chelsea's first mistake transfer-wise

Thankfully we stuck with Super Frank and the titles kept on coming

Saka is out for close to 2 months so will be a lot of games, I hope Arteta realises he needs some depth up front with Saka gone & brings in someone proper on the right. He's always needed someone as cover for Saka on the right. Arteta has to be stupid if he's always thought he needs no cover for Saka haha.

Ha! Gerrard was a better player than Lampard. It’s just one played in a far better team.

Which is why Gerratd wanted to join Chelsea, but thought better of it after death threats from the scousers

He wanted to join Chelsea initially because they had a far superior side and his chances of winning trophies were far greater than at Liverpool. Also Mourinho was the best manager in the world at the time,

But he realised joining Chelsea he would just be another player, whereas at Liverpool he would become a legend. Also, winning one trophy at Liverpool meant more to him than however many he would’ve won at Chelsea.

Either way, we were both happy

I’m glad that last kick of the game fell at the feet of Zirkzee and Maguire…

Utd deserved the draw at a minimum, but really disappointed to drop points here after Arsenals slip up

United played well, probably unlucky not to win, especially with that chance to Maguire at the end. The penalty was a tad unlucky. Ugarte continually proving doubters wrong, his combination with Mainoo was quite good. Amad, Martinez, Maguire and Mazraoui all very good, Dalot had his best game in months, keeping Salah somewhat quiet. Yoro’s tackle at the end to save the game was mint.

If United play like that every week there is no way they’d be 13th.

Yep wasn’t expecting it to be so tough, but Utd do raise for these games. Similar to how Liverpool used to when Utd were on top.

Just never know what you’re going to get.

Thought we really missed Szoboslai today. Jones doesn’t link up the attack as well. Trent looked like his mind was out of it.

Also im not blind and well informed on all the goings on at tottenham and know the real root of our problems lie firmly at the foot of the chairman
The fan base doesn't help either as they think Levy is some kind of god and do nothing about it
The local spurs fans are weak as piss

All I hear and read from Spurs fans on forums, youtube channels ect. is that they despise Levy and the clubs administration/owners for not investing enough cash in the squad and focusing more on business than the football club.

Most of them seem to blame Levy as much as the coach and players.

They had 2 of the most high profile coaches in the game (Conte & Mourinho) and a goal scoring machine in Kane + peak Son and still couldn't win anything, sacked Mourinho days out from a cup final and punted Poch after making the CL final.

Levy deadset doesn't want to pay for a trophy cabinet and he won't have to Spurs being Spursy

I mean the local fanbase ,
online they all whinge bitch and moan but when it comes to doing anything regarding proposed boycotting and protesting they do sweet F. A
If you watch a lot of vlogs inside the stadium they deadset pack it out and those who actually try to protest and call levy out are abused heavily

The scenes after games are disturbing , fans do gameday vlogs asking what they think the issue is at the club and the bulk/majority seem to think levy is no issue
Online i agree with you but online is a very different thing sadly and half of them are no where near where any real action can be caused

Perfect example is the Superleague debacle , when it came to protesting All the ACTUAL big clubs protested and forced their clubs to immediately pull out
United and liverpool from memory had thousands and caused a game to be cancelled
arsenal and chelsea got 1000's to theirs
Tottenham got a feeble 200 tops and were seen protesting with club shop bags for the cameras haha ( if that doesn't scream hopeless i don't know what will )

My fanbase is broken and in most cases seems to be filled with a lot of tourists and day trippers , they don't care about the club just their day out
Levy has priced the oldies and genuine fans out
There's so much more but i could go on forever

Only way to change it is to buy the owners out but they ain't selling, they have already made so much investment and on a good thing.

Boycott / protest games owners still prob gunna make profit from transfers and the stadium with NFL ect.

Agree on crowds, for an apparently disfranchised fan base in terms of teams lack of success, ticket prices ect. (at least according to those loudest in media/socials) they sure do pack the place out every home game

At least you just signed that talented young Czech goal keeper, hopefully more signings to come this month

@Flanno thoughts on potentially having Musk own your club?
I don’t think it’s ever going to happen. Whilst our current owners do frustrate me sometimes with being complete tightasses, they do a pretty good job making sensible decisions and getting them right the majority of the time.

The upside to Musk would be that we would all of a sudden become a financial powerhouse. But I’m not sure I would be able to trust him to make good footballing decisions. If he were to leave that part to the guys we have now, then yeah I’ll take his money and sign up for it haha

Haha since when does Musk leave decisions to others mate? 100% he'd stick his nose into things he knows nothing about.

Hope for your sake it never happens.

He'd buy a football club because he has the urge to play Football Manager for a bit, not to put people who know what they are doing in charge
