Maybe speak to a dietician or a doctor or something…
Man I've been knee deep in **** under the house so many times because of blockages, don't know how I never vomited! Thankfully all our piping is pvc now, no more terracotta.

Is this correct - the hold up with the leagues club is the steel roof beams structure.
the builder will not certify it, if it has to get replaced, there is no access to the roof as the shopping centre has been built around it.
and will need the field to access it and will take up to 18months that means no games can be played which the sharks cannot afford.

They mentioned at the AGM an example of cost escalation is that the whole thing is now a "live site", and where they thought they could place a crane is no longer available. There was no mention of using the field though, and certainly no mention of the field being closed for an extended period... I'd be surprised if they wouldn't mention such an important point, considering they were pretty candid about most things. I would have thought they'd be able to use space outside the north-west corner of the ground.

In terms of the structure, I think some of the rumours probably have some basis but are then exaggerated. The general mood at the AGM was that they're still committed to go ahead, just got to get the handover deal agreed. Also that if they got handover in April, they'd expect leagues club open in April-May 2026.

Didn’t they replace the roof already ?

And not sure why they would need to access the field.

I call BS
