Official Cronulla Sharks Board + Management

Was supposed to be up before our last home game.

I'm very keen to go to our game against Brisbane but want undercover seats. My 7 year old probably won't want to go if it's raining, not willing to outlay cash for a seat not undercover.
The buyback thing was dependent on Ticketek too. Even if they had it ready for the Roosters game, I imagine the club would have realised it needs weeks of communication to get people using it. You'd think the Broncos game would be a good chance, with a month's gap between games.

Surely there’s zero chance of selling your ticket to someone for a Thursday night game

Would really love this to be in place when I'm back from overseas for the Dragons and Manly games, the current tickets are slowly being gobbled up on Ticketek.

Shall we all chip in?

Hasn’t even opened and already for sale
Good signs

Having service apartments potentially sold should not be too big of a deal. Quest may simply just have too much debt and want to get on top of it.

Otherwise they may think they can get a good return by simply selling it off due to development in the area lifting values and want to cash in.

The actual listing explains it better:

The Hotel is offered for sale leased to Quest Hotels, a member of the largest serviced apartment network in the world, within The Ascott Limited chain of hotels.

The freehold stratum interest of Quest Woolooware Bay is being offered for sale by Expressions of Interest closing Friday, 02 June at 3:00pm (AEST).

So the overall developer is selling the space/rights that the hotel occupies in the strata scheme, that hotel space is still leased to Quest (not sure for how long, you’d guess 20-30 years or something). So I don’t think anything unusual…

You’d think Quest is a big enough decent quality chain they’d have done necessary due diligence to expect a new location to be worthwhile
