I am joyful for the fact we have a good board and we are moving forward. we have $$ and we are investing wisely.
the Coffs Harbour club is small, but does offer some good potential, as the area is going through a reboot.
though I would be interested in getting an investment in brisvegas. Maybe centralised

Who lines up that long for a beer ? If it's taken more than 10mins turn around and go watch the footy. Can always have beers after.

Who ever lines up that long that's on them imo.
I can’t watch the Sharks last minute finishes any more without at least one beer* 😂

At the 60min mark Moylan should have 15mins to deliver a beer to every member before subbing in with 5 to go the lazy ****

Absolutely. Did they go for beer & chips or footy? I wouldn't line up more than 10mins for anything, anywhere, especially not a can of beer poured into a plastic cup while I miss half the show I came to watch.
100% this. Why on earth would you queue for 40 minutes? Ridiculous.

I completely agree and wouldn't bother myself. Checked the line a few times and went without.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be 12k fans with this mentality and the casuals will hinge their decisions on the wider game day experience. They are the people the club needs to work hard on, as us rusted on deadbeat will turn up regardless.

No doubt those wait times are ridiculous. You gotta provide more than a game to get the punters in.

No line ups on game day with Kayo & UberEats. No bird **** on my couch. That's what they're competing with.

The easier it is for people to buy stuff, the easier it is to make revenue. That's my outlandish theory anyway.

If it's all catering contracts, well they get bigger with higher turnover too you'd think.

Yeah it's the casual supporters we need to focus on, it's a must to improve game day experience and find ways to target improvement in these areas

On the hills you'd be surprised by the amount of people who are just there for a social gathering rather then watch the footy, the amount of groups that have the men sinking piss watching the footy while the women talk shopping while having no clue what's going on on the field is phenomenal

In saying that we have to also look after our ticketed members, they are the backbone to the supporters base financially and while I agree those type of people will always turn up it still doesn't go a long way to be looked after well and be appreciated

Depends if you invite Greg Bird 🐦 to your couch , he's a bit out of order :)

Yep definitely needs to improve. Not only are losing fans they're losing money from sales.

Maybe in the lines they can put a sign saying what the different Southern Comfort flavours and other drinks are.... probably a fair bit of time wasted on questions from people asking for drinks that are no longer there etc.
