I just read it as taking the piss about the fact our team is actually headed in a good direction currently (on management and player front)
It does sound like a mess but club has pretty limited capacity to affect their catering services losing staff to covid iso - if there was mostly just a lot of bad luck with that hopefully not too much needs 'fixing'
(controlling different areas and maybe the business having better contingencies aside).
There was quite a bit of mention of cans, maybe something like that to speed things up should seriously be looked at if they can't be sure they will have adequate staff

I had no problems queuing for food or drink, the lines around the food outlets near us had only around 3 people in it when I joined and it didn't seem that crowded at other times. Perhaps it was different on the other side.
I know the lines should be shorter but there is 40 mins in between the Flegg and NRL game, surely enough time to queue for food and drink. That's when I did it.
Hopefully it will improve.

Dino addressed it. Said some of the staff were off with covid, so were under staffed.

Who lines up that long for a beer ? If it's taken more than 10mins turn around and go watch the footy. Can always have beers after.

Absolutely. Did they go for beer & chips or footy? I wouldn't line up more than 10mins for anything, anywhere, especially not a can of beer poured into a plastic cup while I miss half the show I came to watch.
