This is what I don't get, you are a professional football player, you are hired to do a job, and one that is worth your salary. If you don't like the coach or the direction of the club, then leave.

Or, if you want to have some self dignity, put up and shut up. Half the squad are playing for contracts next year, and really, none are putting a case forward for Fitz. I hope majority of these posers are not here next year, what they lack is heart and pride for our jersey.

Have been missing leadership since Gal left. “Fans” used to bag Gal for taking a hit up on the 4 tackle.
But he lead from the front players lifted with him. gal wasnt scared to rip into the players.
He demanded respect which he got. A true leader

I for one welcome Fitz as our new coach, I really think we have snagged a good one here, but I think we won't be up there for another couple of years.

I can't see us being a dominant force maybe until 2024. We have a lot of rebuilding, not just on the roster but rebuilding the pride in our jersey and what it means to wear it. I can't stress how important going back to Shark Park is, because really that's where it starts, coming back home.
