Feels true, but would have included Roosters in that list before their injuries. How many injuries are Melbourne and Penrith away from a slide? HIA rules are the big decider of the ladder this year

Love the Sharks but **** we are a basket case club. We have become a rabble with no light at the end of the tunnel. I am beginning to jump on the "bring back Flanno" bandwagon as at least he gave us direction. I couldn't give a **** if we are hated but we were competitive and winning.

Mr Mozzarella (Dino) may be able to bond pizzas but not this club.

I am pissed off as with each passing week other clubs are making announcements and available talent pool dwindling. We have hit rock bottom when people are discussing getting Milford or re-signing Moylan.

Maybe on field we are a mess but honestly off field we are looking very very good. We have a jersey that is now full with sponsors, our development seems to be a positive, buying out Kareela was a great idea as now the value has pretty much doubled, we were the only club to have not been greatly affected from Covid and actually had a small profit. What else, we have signed Darren Mooney as our football manager who was instrumental in getting our Premiership winning team, we also have signed one of the most sought out coach.

I believe our board has done pretty well.

Fitzy is coming. That much is certain. Along with him we have mcinnes. A bloke who is an absolute workhorse. Will also challenge brailey which is definitely needed

No club has ever had a coach that will get the ass, continue to coach until the end. Never happened. If we did let morris continue we’d still have **** the bed and i have absolutely no doubt once the losses started coming he would have stood down anyway

They’ve lost four in a row since John Morris was sacked. Still, the Sharks’ board is adamant they’ve made the right decision.

Cronulla chairman Steve Mace has defended the sacking of head coach John Morris, declaring: “We have no regrets, none.” And Mace even said he would debate any Sharks fan who doesn’t believe new coach Craig Fitzgibbon can take the club to sustained success. To add to that, besides at best maybe beating Bulldogs I don’t think our season would be looking much different if we kept Morris.

We would still most likely be looking at 3 wins 6 losses, so nothing to really be celebrating about.

I agree with the board that I think we needed to go a different direction. Mace is right in saying we had the easiest draw in years last year and only managed to scrape into the 8

Yeah good to have an ex player on the board. Even the Roosters have Ricketson on their well-credentialed board.
