And that Trindall played okay from all reports. Anyone able to confirm?

Good to get him the 80 minutes in Cup in case Nicho is 18th man for Origin, although personally I’d be giving that jersey to Hughes

Yeah. Went well. Still kicks in to legs sometimes, and goes himself too much - but is a notch above at Cup level now. Kicked well and doesn’t panic.
That old chestnut. Hopefully the extended game time gives him a chance to work on his game.

its a cronulla game plan

hynes and brailey loves a kick into the opposition legs
Mate, Trindall's Scanlens footy card would picture him kicking into the legs. It'd be his Rugby League Live 4 power-up move. Hynes and Brailey aren't in the same league (or legue if you will).

Sharks playmaker Braydon Trindallhad the ball on a string while starring for feeder side, Newtown Jets in their 28-16 win over the Bulldogs. Trindall had spent the last five rounds in first grade, playing off the bench in all of his games except for one, before dropping back to NSW Cup over the weekend.

The 22-year-old scored a try, set up another, got a linebreak, a linebreak assist and a tackle bust but his kicking game was the real standout — a 40/20, two forced dropouts and 482 kick metres.

“I’m working really hard on my kicking game and also being able to play when I see things. A few kicks went astray today but most of them were pretty decent so it was good,” Trindall told Fox League after the game.

“Dumped Sharks star?”

These journos make me sick with their over exaggerated headlines.

I caught the last 30 minutes or so of the Jets game last Saturday and from what I saw Trindall did well.

He played well but still has a lot of **** decisions and kicks in him.
Imo he needs a sports psychologist badly to help him out.
Needs a clear head on him to help with his decision making, is to emotional when things go wrong and tries to hard.
He won’t make it playing how he does now without a big change.

It's absolute tripe, isn't it?

I'll take Snowman's review over this

What was exaggerated... dumped or star ?

I saw the first half - his short kicking game left a little to be desired, but his long kicking game was good.

Shameful. They have no decency and then they talk about mental health.

He is 22 his decision making will improve with age and experience.

Lol it is hard for some people to grasp. Cronk was one of the best half's ever and debuted at I think it was 25...but Trindall will never be good.even though he is fairly good for his age.
Cronk was 21 when he debuted.

I agree with you though, people are too impatient with Tricky.
