Take it with a grain of salt.

But basically from what I've been told he was likely to be a Shark until the Dragons made contact last week. He now wants to go to the Dragons as he prefers to play for them (probably makes sense, guaranteed halves position rather than we'll fit you in the 17) but the Dragons are trying to figure out how to do a deal under the cap etc. The Sharks have submitted their offer, but given how this is now dragging out we can easily deduce that he is waiting on the Dragons as surely he would've already accepted our offer by now if he wanted to come to the Sharks.

Given that he'd prefer to play for the Dragons than us, I think it's time the club moved on, who wants a player whose second choice is your club, especially when he is such a risky proposition.

Sharks should pull the offer if that's the case . If dragons can't do it then leave him hanging.

I just wish the club would release a statement, "we were keen negotiations broke down wish him well we are going in a different direction.."
Then who gives a dirty turd about him then..

As long as all this doesn't hold up any other recruitment discussions, I guess it doesn't matter.

Just don't let ourselves be held at arms length to assist the dragons decision making. Unless of course we are gonna be offered someone to make room for him over there
