I bought a 2014 jersey at panthers game 2 weeks ago and will now be spruking the Cronulla Sutherland Fencing Company every game

ST GEORGE Illawarra and Cronulla are playing a waiting game to see if league comeback man Benji Marshall will sign with either of them.

Both neighbouring NRL clubs, fierce rivals and competitors since 1967, have made very good offers to the former Wests Tigers five-eighth.
A decision from Marshall’s management was expected over the weekend and even by last night.

The Dragons have tabled a contract believed to be worth $1.1 million for the rest of this season, 2015 and 2016.

The Sharks’ deal is estimated to be $1 million for the remainder of 2014 and the whole of 2015 and 2016.

Even though an offer hasn't even been put in writing yet by the drags.

I guess we have to accept the fact that if he wanted to be with us he would have signed by now, we have already tabled our offer officially. I think he is not rejecting our offer yet so he can keep the dragons at the highest end.

The only way he will probably sign with us will be if dragons pull out or offer him less then promised.

I was honestly thinking that he might just want to come back and finish his career at a place surrounded by his mates which I think would bring the best out in him, but now looks like he really wants to prove a point and get into the right head space to improve his game and become an x factor again - which by the way is great for benji.

However I think he thinks that he wont be able to do that at the sharks
