can you make the picture any bigger chadley?
Takes up half my bloody screen lol

Mate, I'm very technically challenged! Been trying to find a pic smaller and when I think I've got one, it turns out to be four times the size. I'll delete it and keep trying...

Chadley, no sugar in pepsi max? What chemicals do they use to replicate the taste of sugar?

Yeah probably not good ones HB, but at the moment sugar is my arch enemy. I've been on a weight loss program since April 2012 (dropped 15 kilos) and any large amounts of sugar are going to play havoc with that. I do actually drink plenty of water but just love the softies as well. Still have another 15kgs to go to my goal weight so I'll be the Pepsi Max or Coke Zero king for a little while yet.

For what it's worth, my wife hates me drinking the stuff and does all she can to put me off. She'd actually rather me have a beer. How about that!

Beer is probably better for you as far as chemicals are concerned, as long as drinking in moderation of course. Only 1 calorie in pepsi max compared to ~120 in beer though. Still, the chemicals would be a concern.

Good job on losing the weight though. I dropped 22kg around 12 years ago. Too much crap food and beer when I moved out of home in the early 90's.

Great job mate! It's a bloody hard slog especially when you love your food. Going to be hard this weekend, have my 50th birthday party and I won't be holding back!

Thanks mate, will do. Only be the fourth time I've reached 50 and raised the bat. Should be a fun night. There will be one Sharks Forever forum member there who can report back any gossip.

What im gettin ****in sick of is our near 700,000 a season player Todd Carney requiring all the help in the world from a halfback.

Needs someone to steer the ship? He has played plenty of 7. The bloke has no confidence in his own capabilities.

We play 2 sides of the ruck most the time.
We get to the opposition twenty and thats when Carney might move to a traditional 5/8 role outside the half back.
Carney really only needs (in his mind) Robbo in that area. Jmo generally takes care of the go forward.
But that attack on the try line is where we need carney most. Kicks, runs passes. If carney cant play with any half back i say **** him off and get some blokes with confidence
