The NRL today issued Sydney Roosters player Martin Kennedy with a Notice of Alleged Anti-Doping Rule Violations under the NRL’s Leagues Anti-Doping Policy.

The Notice alleges that Mr Kennedy breached the Policy through the possession and attempted use of banned substances.

The NRL will not be making further comment until Mr Kennedy has had the opportunity to respond to the NRL.

They currently have Weidler on Ch 9 reporting this story.

He's got a grin from ear to ear.

When he gets home he's going to cover himself in baby oil and pretend he's an earthworm

And it could start all over again...

http://www.afl.com.au/news/2015-03-30/keeffe-thomas-test-positive

If you cast your minds back, when Essendon originally 'self reported' , Dean Robinson made a comment that Dank was bought in to bring the Bombers sports science department in line with teams like Collingwood who Hird beleived was pushing it to its limits.

Aside from the Essendon scandal, this is the 3rd positive sample the AFL has had in as many weeks. Throw in a handful of betting scandals and the NRL are starting to look like choir boys

This had to happen as I support the Sharks in the NRL and the Pies in the AFL.

Knowing my luck the Gloucestershire Cheese Rolling team will be next and then I'll have no sport to follow.

Based on what has been presented, I don't know how they can come to that conclusion, apart from it being the AFL protecting the AFL.

ASADA should appeal.

Said from the beginning the AFL was never going to sanction its players. They don't really care about WADA as they are not an international sport.

ASADA will appeal but it will go nowhere WADA will make noise about it appealing but it won't and the whole thing will get swept up under the carpet.

Sharks got done up the kiber without KY and Essendon will get BJ's from the AFL for the next 10 years. ****ing Joke.
