Good question. Haven't given SOO much thought. Latrell is very obviously 1 bloke I don't wanna see anywhere in their line up.

I'm still adjusting to having to think who'll play for QLD. 10yrs+ of set and forget super stars was very comfortable.

Yeah think Freddy May lose a lot of good will with folks if he goes with Cleary. Bennett will call him out if his boy ain’t picked and I’d say plenty of past players. Surely the handshake deal I’m reading about is just a gee up.
I rekon that Freddy might hope Cleary tweaks a hammy this week to stop him making a tough unpopular call.

Would definitely be giving Hunt a spell around the 30 minute mark. Morgan to play some 9 until the 50th minute with Hunt coming back on. Then Morgan to play lock and Hunt at 9 till the 80th.

If McGuire needed a spell I would bring on Napa for him then have arrow to play middle (arrow will need to play around 60 minutes which he is capable of doing)

My 18th man would of been Welch but he’s injured. Now I think bukuya would be a start choice.

Imo Wallace is rubbish, hess doesn’t deserve to be near the team, Scott maybe if any further injuries occur.

If DCE isn’t available, Morgan to 7 and I would pick Milford in the 14. Only cause he’s played before and there’s nobody else.

Or could go completely left field and have this.

I’d probably prefer someone else to start at 9 over Hunt. I’m not sold on him as a middle defender. I’d either pick Granville or play McGuire there for the first 20.

I’m also not a huge fan of Feldt but could live with him being there. Of the alternatives Edrick is too inconsistent, Corey Allan isn’t ready and Corey Thompson could do the job but I can’t see Qld picking a low profile Tigers’ player.

You could also throw in Mybe as an alternative to Milford on your bench. He can play fullback, centre, halves or hooker.

Agree that Mahoney is not ready. He is struggling in defence right now.

I like Hunt at hooker but given he doesn't play there for club ya couldn't ask 80 of him in Origin. I think we're pretty ****ed if Granville is even in the conversation. I'd start McGuire at DH then bring Hunt on, McGuire to lock. I can't find a spot for Mbye, he can play a few positions but isn't too great at any of them. Thompson would be Steve Turner in maroon, that's why he won't get picked, nothing to do with his club or profile.

Didn’t think of mbye. Between him and Milford.
Only reason I went with Feldt is cause he’s good in the air (attack and defence) and will help coming out of our own end.

2015 Granville **** oath! But 2019 Granville is just a plodder.

I honestly think though we’ll see this side.
