Well said, this gets forgotten to much by his knockers, I'm not kidding myself, he's got stuff to work on but he's also got stuff to his game you cant coach & most players dont have especially in the Sharks ranks, if we can get his weknesses in check we have a good one on our hands.

for sure. when he was playing **** i was really off him. but somehow i kept a little bit of belief in him. however, when i watched that highlights clip a few pages back i realised that he had some skills I'd totally forgotten about. if anyone is writing him off without revisiting that clip, don't bother; the proof is right there about the kind of player he was. and the kind of player he was isn't something that can be taught or unlearned in a hurry.

that's ok though. a bit of cockiness is ok. but even a cocky person couldn't remain cocky after his last year and a half. he needs to regroup his thoughts, focus on his game and use his confidence to back himself in tough situations.

when he first made the grade he was so successful because he backed himself and had the speed and skills to pull it off. somewhere along the line, things have gotten weird for him. it's not like he doesn't have the skills, the speed or the confidence anymore. but somehow, things just haven't worked out.

i'm blaming injury and i'm claiming we'll see a Gards comeback at some point. he's too dynamic when he's on to just give up on and shaft to reserves
.

I agree. We can't give up on him now. He needs to be in 17, we've invested too much time into to give up now.

I've got it on good money that Gards won't re-sign with us after 2013 so why bother? Go with Gordon as he is long term gonna be our fullback

Wade Graham is an eighty minute player. Surely a team that is serious about making a deep Finals run figures out a way to get an eighty minute player on the field for eighty minutes.

Like I said when he first arrived, I think Wade is destined to be the best Lock in the game. That said, awfully hard to move the reigning Dally M Lock of the Year out of his place and I don't know how I feel about moving Gal to the front row. Will chop at least a year (possibly more) off his career in my books.

Awfully tough call.

I dunno I think he will go Leutele over mills and Robson over the Chad (unfortunately)

there is a lot to explain but from what I have heard chad is rated over Robson and Mills is rated over Ricky at the club. But please don't suicidal I could be wrong

Then why wasn't chad given a shot at 7 when the graham/carney experiment didn't work?

Mills might be rated at the club higher than Leutele (which I think is false) but even so they still played mulls on the wing the last 2 years (when not injured) adn they played Leutele at centre the last 2 years (when injuries occurred) 1st choice over mills

Why would they play mills at centre when he hasn't played a game there in 1st grade and Leutele has and nearly scored in every game he has played at centre in

Again don't quote me but this is the way I'm hearing it

Agreed but that's still 3 years that Gards isn't gonna get at fullback with the sharks

Because he isn't happy with the fact he has to fight for his fullback role, he feels he has already deserved it,

I'm hearing his attitude isn't the best at the club

That is when he has to head down, butt up and try his hardest, learn from all, get all the things right. If it means in lower grades for abit, so be it. If I was him, and Gordon got fullback, I would be watching him, how he plays and put the same thing into his game and make his gme better

how mills is thought of higher in the pecking order than leutele is bizzare!!! what has leutele done wrong? whats mills done? was mills even in yhe top 2 wingers when fit? mills experiment at wing should end and he should play centre, his natural position. let him get some form on the board. those who think poms wont be in the team next year - why? on 2012 form he will be one of the first pencilled in.

He was named on the wing for Round 1 - when everyone, except Stapo, were fit

i cant be bothered looking it up so i could be wrong here but from memory mills's injury was not for the season was it? meaning he never replaced stapo when he was fit.
