I think our odds were lowish the yr after we finished equal first w/ Storm & Eagles, thats when we signed Barrett, Tupou & Maitua.
I'm not getting to excited. But I really think we're a chance for top 4 next year. And honestly we've got the squad to go all the way if everything goes to plan. Just hope we sign 1 more quality back before season starts.
I believe we can finish better than what we did this years, my only problem is with the squad we have for the 2013 season, people my have high if not very high expectations for us next year.
As long as we can play the full 80 mins and 26 rounds, I reckon we'll do alright.
Looking forward to 2013 season.

Obviously a lot depends on how Carney recovers from the achilles injury, i hope he's not rushed back for the start of the season if his achilles is not 100%.
I'm definitely looking forward to the 2013 season, but I don't think our squad, fans & management are THAT much more expectant than previous years.
Our new team has a completely new mix to work out - who plays where, what are our plays, what are our best combos etc.
On top of that we have to get everyone to get used to playing together.

Our achilles heel last year was the origin hangover Gal and Carney suffered with injury which in reality cost us a top 4 spot With Gordon Heighington and Ryan and Wright we should in theory have that little bit extra in 2013.

I actually think we may have another fast start like last year as there will be plenty of excitement around the sharks next year ... Unfortunately I still think origin will have a big impact on us again this year .. A agree with another post on here in that if we are going to have any chance come finals we need to manage gallen's workload so he able to give 100% season end an not Carrying injuries ...
2013 is by far looking the most promising for a long time !
