still reckon give shane flanagan a try, hasnt he been the assistant coach to the blues for the last couple years, and its not like the club could doing any worse under flanagan compared to how we are playing now.

I reckon the players need a good look at them selves as well.
I mean some of these guys are on 200+ a year to do something they are good at.....

There just isn't any emotion in the game anymore, the fans are getting jack of it.
Next game will have low attends numbers, its all falling apart. :at-wits-end:

no doubting ricky has done some great things to help turn this club around in his time here but he has shown his limitations and he needs to be let go before he ruins any good work he has done..

Graham Muarry, Steve Folkes. Both better coaches. See if the miss it.

Stephen Kearney, Nathan Brown. See if they want a go at charge in the NRL.

Listening to him getting interviewed lately he sounds like he has nothing left to give. He sounds like he's lost his spark. This is the biggest worry.

Its just not working out here anymore at the sharks, his tactics, his selections and most importantly he hasnt got the players playing for him, they just look pathetic and a mess out there.

The players need a fresh face in there to revamp our club up. Regardless i think if ricky woke up one morning with a renewed plan and ideas and all the right things to do and implement, the players just wont perform under him.

We need a fresh, new coaching culture at the club. A reason for players to fight for their spots, somehting to fight for cause there just lost out there.

its no secrete I hava always thought little of Stuarts coaching abilities.

I am just glad to see you guys finaly seeing it now aswell.

Ricky Stuart, give the club some dignity and please leave. We won't begrudge you, nor belittle you for being a failure, but please leave and let the club pick up the pieces. You have tried, and it hasn't worked out, hey, this happens with any employment. But please, go gracefully, we have had enough

**** Rob........I don't hate Ricky for **** sake!!!! As a manager at work if my team didn't perform my head would be on the chopping block as I recruited my staff, I came up with the business plan and I mentor them. Why should'nt Ricky be in the same boat as me?????
