Was a big cheer in the pub when Kruse was interchanged - not a fan of him at international level
I thought Leckie was one of our best, Rogic had some nice touches as well
Enjoyed the game, end to to end at some stages and just holding the ball and looking for openings at others, real cat and mouse stuff
Pretty typical Australia in that we can create plenty of chances but just never have that class to finish it off and put it away, Cahill exception to this but he isn't getting played

Yeah, looked very busy. I think his style of play is going to really suit the Japanese League. I think he’ll go great guns over there. It’s a pity his tournament is over, I think he would of troubled Peru a lot.
I’m hoping to see McClaren get a start against Peru as he’s a similar player to Nabbout, despite the fact that he hasn’t played a minute all tournament. But I got a feeling Bert will start Juric though.

Yeah, hopefully should get some game time off the bench against Peru. I wouldn’t start him though. Jedinak, Mooy and Rogic are too important. 4 don’t go into 3. But Mass should get some minutes off the bench.
