My team?

We have qualified for the GF already (a month left in the season. No big deal :p). I was thinking of dusting it off as a trick play in the GF, but bloody Joey Manu went and ruined it for me. Might have to go the Gal/Barba play instead.

Haha ,
I was just continuing with older banter about how hard it was to get 7 year olds to follow instructions that we had a while ago :)

Brilliant game tonight. Probably the most physical I've seen him play. I think he's a very good example of how well prepared and tuned in we were for this game. Probably more good luck than good management, but to leave that kick to hit the corner post was very sharp.

He's not as electric in attack as he was earlier in the season and we all want to see a bit more of him popping up around the ruck especially in support. But he is suring up a solid base game and bringing it every week which he didn't used to do.

No probably about that one, he was extremely lucky it hit the corner post.

I can’t remember the last time he dropped a kick

He dropped one in a recent game, was against Cows or Storm but yea it's a rare thing these days

Panthers crowd were on him to spill one of those bombs but it never happened

Was about to do my 321 so glad I have been reminded of Will having that good game

just doesn't have the strength on the line to stop a player barging over or to wrap the ball up, that's where alot of his misses come from I assume but there are usually already 1 or 2 sharks in the tackle before he shows up or while he is

be funny if the wind blows the corner post into the ball some day or a player manipulates the corner post to make it happen lol . sometimes the corner post sits on such a crooked slanted angle it would effect the outcome on a kick towards the corner like that

If a player actively moved it then they are touching it when ball touches it and goes out, so out off them?

But also I'd assume it is a professional foul (or similar) to intentionally alter the pitch setup in any way

Guess it'd fall into the same category as pushing the goal posts over so a conversion was missed

If a player had time to foresee the opportunity to manipulate the corner post to interfere with a try scoring opportunity it would be an extremely slow and boring game - not even a possibility in 1st grade...

For sure mate. The only post I want to see manipulated is a 3-2-1 vote with a post tally edit
