I still don't think we have a genuine half back and until we do, we'll struggle to make the top 4 or 8 let alone win the Premiership.

We don't have a top shelf #7, but we've got arguably one of the best #6 on his day which regardless of who the #7 is, is streets ahead of what we had this year.

An ability to kick ourselves out of trouble rather than having to ruck it out will make a world of difference.

Could be a slow start to the season again with new halves in the team.

I'd like to think we can finish top 4 but not sure when I look at the other teams in contention. You would expect the Cows and Brisbane to be there again. Easts will be weaker without RTS and Maloney so unsure how they will go, still a quality team with strike all over the park and a quality pack so I think they will be top 4. Warriors have a gun team on paper and should be top 4. Manly seem to be building a strong squad but Barrett is an unknown for me, wouldn't be surprised to see him fail tbh. So that's five teams excluding us vying for the top 4 imo. Will be very tough.

If we don't finish top 6 though then that is a fail imo. It's hard to say for sure as injuries obviously play a huge part.

As others have said it would be nice to see some improvement in our attack. Putting teams away when we're on top, not coming away with nothing when camped inside 20 for multiple sets, beating bogey teams like Manly and Melbourne.

Very good summation of what I am thinking. Did I write that post for you?
