I have to strongly disagree. I held grave concerns for our season when I saw the Round 1 Press Conference against the Titans when we lost 18-12. Peter Sharp showed zero sign of disappointment, wrote the game off as a loss due to injuries and showed no focus, desire or even interest in the position.
Had we had Shep from the beginning, we most certainly would not be in this position.
Injuries are caused when to don't play or train with the proper intensity, it is no surprise we have had a high number of injuries this season.
A poor decision from the Board to appoint Sharp who publicly announced he didn't want the position. If my Boss comes into work and says "Sorry guys, I don't really want to be the CEO" I am certain that productivity hits an all time low.
This wooden spoon is squarely on us and I am bitterly disappointed.
