What an awesome analogy

For the record thats not staff bashing, thats player bashing. We signed that many leaders, we now have gallen lewis and ennis all who have been club captains. If there is a team that shouldnt be short of leadership in the ranks its us.

Yep - I get what you're saying.

We were always going to get the spoon after the year we've had. I'm surprised it actually took this long for us to be unbackable favourites for it. If anything, this goes to show how **** the Raiders are, they don't have the ASADA issue hanging over their heads excuse to use like we have.

we dont have excuses, we were just **** this year and will be again next year unless serious work is put into changing our on field structure, training, game plan and post game review

Yeah of course, but from a non-Sharks fan's perspective, the Sharks are ****, but the ASADA thing didn't help. The Raiders on the other hand are just plain ****.

I have to strongly disagree. I held grave concerns for our season when I saw the Round 1 Press Conference against the Titans when we lost 18-12. Peter Sharp showed zero sign of disappointment, wrote the game off as a loss due to injuries and showed no focus, desire or even interest in the position.

Had we had Shep from the beginning, we most certainly would not be in this position.

Injuries are caused when to don't play or train with the proper intensity, it is no surprise we have had a high number of injuries this season.

A poor decision from the Board to appoint Sharp who publicly announced he didn't want the position. If my Boss comes into work and says "Sorry guys, I don't really want to be the CEO" I am certain that productivity hits an all time low.

This wooden spoon is squarely on us and I am bitterly disappointed.
