That's not correct.

On the Tigers- Marshall, Moltzen, Tuquiri, Ellis, Farah, Heighington, Galloway, Lawrence (and when he comes back) Tuaki, plus talented youngsters like Ayshford, Fifita and Lui? That's a horrible team?

You're also wrong about whether we're rebuilding. This idea that to rebuild effectively means having a squad made up of blokes below a certain (completely arbitrary) age ***** me to tears. You need older, experienced players for young players to develop properly. These older blokes- in our squad, guys like Morris, Barrett, Gal, Covell, Williams and Tupou- mentor the younger blokes. They set the standard at training. They pass on knowledge. They lead. And they take the heat of the younger fellas on game day by taking most of the responsibility.

Throwing 17 kids out there together is not going to aid their development in the long run. In fact for a lot of them, its going to harm them severely. You've got to be patient and bring them in when they and the team are ready.

As for Cuthbo- he's not exactly 32, he has talent and he's a forward, who don't usually develop as early as outside backs. I'm willing to give him more time. I don't think prop is necessarily his best position. What's more, it was only three weeks ago when heaps of people were giving him points for being one of our best against the warriors.

Completely agree on the all of that.

I agree I have no idea why we signed 3 new hookers this year.
We had seu seu and judo in resevere for a start and i agree when needed to get rid of hughes but 3 hookers when only 1 will really play could they of not used that money to enchance other positions first.

i didnt mind seu seu of the bench added a little starch and a big hit every now and then.
Judo just looks like an 80 min player nothing flash just get up tackle, pass , tackle,

Aiton is better than Seu Seu, Morris is better than Hughes. Flanagan I can't comment on because I don't know how much he is being paid. If he's on the same money as other NSW Cup hookers then we are laughing as he is much better than them.

I think people are looking at too many of our NSW Cup signings as if they are surplus to our needs, when they aren't really.

Last year we lost Corey Hughes, Seu Seu, and Tony Caine, and we picked up John Morris, Paul Aiton and Stuart Flanagan. So what's the problem? Our hookers are great, there is no problem there. Focus on real problems like why did we buy the injury prone Collis.

The great Vince Lombardi once said:
“The achievements of an organisation are the results of the combined effort of each individual.”
“People who work together will win, whether it be against complex football defences, or the problems of modern society.”
“Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilisation work.”

We will get there !!!!!!
