My mate wasn't a fan of Fergo but that's what you get when you stir the **** out of someone and call them a weak **** etc.

Benji Marshall is a champion bloke. Met him at the casino on the gold coast few years back. Mathew Hayden, Dale Thomas, Gary Ablet, James Magnnessum bunch of champions.

Kade snowden was the biggest ****wit I ever met. Wanted to punch him out.

Ha ha. I used to teach Kade and he was a bit of a tool at school as well. Also taught Luke Walsh Brad Tighe and Dane Tilse. These three were champion kids. ( not overly bright but good quality young men)
Inglis was also at my school before we suspended him. ( knob of the highest order) having said that I wouldn't mind seeing him in the blue black and white

I met Andrew Denton on a flight to Ballina about 10 years ago.

We started chatting in the lineup for the plane and when we got on we realised we were sitting next to each other.

It was just after Souths were allowed back into the comp and I opened up my Big League Magazine (or was it RLW?) and pointed to the article and said well done.

He asked if I was a Rabbitohs fan and I said nah Sharkies all the way. He then through in a jibe about how many Sharks players the Bunnies had just signed and I told him that they were all players we didn't want.

He came across as a top bloke, down to earth and didn't seem to think of himself as anything special

Shark players that I have met that were top blokes... Poms, Gal, Adam Dykes, ET, Peachy, Best, Wright, Fifita, and Ross. That's all I can think off on top of my head. Poms is a funny bloke that's for sure.

Missus went to school with Boogs. She said he was really quiet and polite to everyone.

Met a few bands. NoFX are top blokes, every single last one of them. All stopped for a chat etc, even though they were extremely hungover. El Hefe especially, the other band members had to drag him away from us pretty much.

Dave Mustaine is a class A ********, but I am sure that goes without saying.

i let my man crush cloud my judgement on warnie, but he never came across as a douche bag when meeting him

lennox lewis is also a gentleman

shaun fensom is a massive pole smoker of a person

I have heard Lennox Lewis is very humble, down to earth, and just an all round top bloke. He comes across that way in interviews and on TV.

I sledged fatty at a sharks womanly trial at wyong in 1999. we won 28-0

That's my dad you're talking about!

I went to the big sports breakfast luncheon last year and spoke to Andy Pascalidis about soccer for about an hour, absolute champion bloke. Chatted with Michael Slater for a while too and he's a good bloke too.

Luke Covell - Really nice guy, always up for a chat..... as long as you dont call him slow and challenge him to a race ever 2 seconds (you know who you are)
Albert Kelly - Really shy and quiet but was happy to have a chat and have a photo and what not.
Luke Douglas - could never say a bad word about this man. spent a bit of time talking to him and his family.
Darren Lockyer - Sold him a few BBQs and he was always very nice and polite. was never up himself and always listened with interest when i gave him tips on cooking etc.
Nick Kenny- Sold him a BBQ as well, is really nice but a cheapskate, ****in wouldnt shell out and kept asking for a deal.
Petro - happiest guy on the planet id say. Sold his kids some shoes and all my bronco loving staff asked him for autographs and he was very happy to sign them and talk about footy with them.
Matty Hayden - really good guy and has all the time in the world to talk to his fans.

met other people at functions like Kurt Angle and Booker T.... both where awesome but i was the biggest mark in the world when i met them. Was like a teenage girl meeting Robert Patterson

Sticky when he was our coach was a little twat I would even piss on him if he was on fire.... Tried to talk to him one night in the club after a game (we won by the way) and he was a rude little P***K

use to see him really often when he was coaching us and i can tell you he really felt bad when we were losing. you could tell he wanted us to succeed and genuinely loved the sharks and the boys. Was always a pleasure when he came would talk for ages even give us some inside news lol

fergo was always a twat. He use to run with the wrong crowd, get mixed up in the wrong things and by chance i happened to work with his gf for quite some time before they broke up. anyways she had some nice stories (cant humiliate the guy so wont say) about him which all but confirmed what a douche he is

I have had a brief meeting with Anthony Mundine, he was lining up at a servo in Blakehurst near where he lived. He didn't try and jump the queue, came across as very unassuming and I shook his hand and wished him all the best in his next fight. I think he was up against Mikhail Kessler. He warmly shook my hand, thanked me for my best wishes and was very polite and looked me in the eye.

Can't say I've been a fan of his media antics, but this meeting made me think that behind the scenes he was OK.
