Met him at the easter show when he was still with the panthers they were handing out prizes to the kids for a pass the ball competition, even then he was happy to sign signatures and take photos with everyone (my little bro was a panthers fan). And then met him again a few years later at the Peel Valley Footy Carnival when he was presenting the pennants and medals to the teams. Same again spent forever just chatting with everyone and getting photos taken. Good bloke.
