I played Under 9s soccer with Mick Porter for one season before he turned to League. He was our goalkeeper.

Chris Wellman from the 1973 GF side used to live across the road from us as well as Scott Dudman for those old timers that remember them both.

Also, used to see Mark McGaw as a kid often, he lived next door to a good mate of mine in Engadine.

Anyway, we're getting off the track!
