I feel like he isn't a starter. I want him coming off the bench to run off the back fence. Bumping players off like he was doing last year.

Exactly this! Too much has been expected of this guy , Starting back row, starting centre, play the edge, play the middle, come off the bench etc… Its should be bloody simple how to best use this guy - That is having a barn storming ball runner who comes off the bench to do one thing -Truck it up hard and fast! That’s it, nothing more.

We need to get back to winning the interchange battle and this guy goes a long way to helping us do that!

Looks like Sifa is back on deck at training.
Was suggestion a month or so ago he had caved in to get jab (or more accurately, that the one Sharks holdout had, didn't specify it was him)

Has the Club made any comments about the Jab status of the top 30?

Looks to have trimmed down a bit, must of been shitting himself over something since the season ended.

I'd say that it's because the illuminati now have control of his body after the jab. Meals limited to 6 nuggets, 6 fries, and 6 onion rings.

thought Sifa looked pretty good last night as havn't got to see a huge deal of him over pre season and round 1.
heaps of strong carries, 2nd most run metres in team, most of any forward and no one got near his PCM. wacked in defense too, he was strong

but was ready to rip into him not passing to tracey on the wing in the last 5 minutes almost costing us the game. good tackle from Eels player to bring him down but leave the ball hogging to Jesse mate :p

hope coach has a word to him about that decision, don't need that, I don't think Tracey was covered and should have gone into score and its not like Sifa cant throw a decent pass

So if Wade and Tieg are unavailable next round guess Sifa is lining up in the second row with Nikora? maybe Pele comes onto the bench?

I think Williams could be back next week so he might come onto the bench with talakai playing 12.

Yeah, I initially thought the same but then realized Tracey was covered so no guarantee that Tracey gets over the line.

Talakai played quite a bit at centre
Gutho was all over Tracey if Talakai passed, was a low way from any kind of sure thing

nice

I'm not sold on Sifa playing second row, especially over 80 mins but not sure what our alternative is but I don't really want coach thinking of chucking jack williams in there for a spell either. jack is great as a middle, he will be a big inclusion for us if he plays the role he is best at

remind me, did we have a backline player go off injured or we just did a bit of swaparoo ?

yea i was in 2 minds if tracey was covered or not, looked 50/50 but I only saw 1 replay live watching the game havn't revisited it yet. Talakai obviously backed himself and had a chance of scoring himself

Ronnie went off HIA I think so reshuffled with Sifa going into Centre and Tracey pushed out to wing.

Yep no way Tracey was scoring, in fact Gutho probably puts him into touch. Definitely the right decision from Talakai.

Would you take Talakai or Nikora for the bench spot if Wade and Teig are starting ?

He could of chipped and chased - Slater style!
Probably better chance of result if he has an okay short kick, could have put Tracey 1v1 with Gutho in goal. Good chance of 6 again.
Run was def the safe option for your typical edge playing centre, even one who has played a lot of centre. Tracey was well covered
