Actually that wasnt my source but there you go its out in the public arena now .

According to a post on LU, a "little birdie" had told him the development has been approved and will be announced this week.

our development progress on the pac website has now moved to "awaiting information" what does this mean

Take that to mean that the PAC Panel are seeking the proponent's response to some issues raised at the PAC meeting. This is normal.
