Yeah it's their home ground just as it is for Sydney FC and the Waratahs.I thought it was considered their home ground. Fair enough then.

it was so packed at that southern end heyAgree it was dangerously packed last night & not so sure there were only 12,447 in the ground .
The congestion inside the ground was obviously worse that any home game this year well before kick off & got progressively worse.
The Club continues to work with our development partner Aoyuan and its building head contractor Parkview Constructions, with the ongoing progress of the final stage of the Woolooware Bay Precinct.
The Club is gearing up for its fit out to commence early in the New Year.
From all reports, the uptake of commercial and retail leasing within the new development remains strong and on track. Likewise, the residential apartments have been in great demand. All in all, the new precinct, inclusive of hotel facilities and the new Sharks Club as the centrepiece, promises to be a first-class offering in the Sutherland Shire.
We continue to be on target for the Club’s completion in 2023.
It's gross.Latest chairman’s update. I notice the mid-2023 is not mentioned.
The new building is so big and bulky compared to the original residential (so close to footpath). Hopefully it will look better when finished
Yeah I usually drive past shopping centres and go what an amazing piece of architectureIt's gross.

aoyuan also sold their Australian section and is now called NovmMid-2023 is back, from Dino's update:
is that gonna be in the LC?I heard King Wan is planning to be back Mid year so lines up with Dinos
the bigger question is, has tony paid his debtis that gonna be in the LC?
Not sure, might get better traffic if they're not in the LC, but probably better for the Sharks if they are.is that gonna be in the LC?
They are the restaurant facing the ground under the leagues club levels to the left of the PB stand looking east, hence you would think the Sharks would some form of corporate agreement with them to use them as a corporate area for games. Not sure, might get better traffic if they're not in the LC, but probably better for the Sharks if they are.
Hopefully we see some designs on the LC soon.

the council used to have all the plans up but..theyve taken a lot of that accessibility away on the website. Not sure, might get better traffic if they're not in the LC, but probably better for the Sharks if they are.
Hopefully we see some designs on the LC soon.
This...the bigger question is, has tony paid his debt
