Agree it was dangerously packed last night & not so sure there were only 12,447 in the ground .

The congestion inside the ground was obviously worse that any home game this year well before kick off & got progressively worse.
it was so packed at that southern end hey

The Club continues to work with our development partner Aoyuan and its building head contractor Parkview Constructions, with the ongoing progress of the final stage of the Woolooware Bay Precinct.

The Club is gearing up for its fit out to commence early in the New Year.

From all reports, the uptake of commercial and retail leasing within the new development remains strong and on track. Likewise, the residential apartments have been in great demand. All in all, the new precinct, inclusive of hotel facilities and the new Sharks Club as the centrepiece, promises to be a first-class offering in the Sutherland Shire.

We continue to be on target for the Club’s completion in 2023.

Latest chairman’s update. I notice the mid-2023 is not mentioned.

The new building is so big and bulky compared to the original residential (so close to footpath). Hopefully it will look better when finished

Mid-2023 is back, from Dino's update:

The new Sharks Leagues Club and Woolooware Bay Development continues to progress as our development partner Aouyan work towards a mid-2023 completion.

Plans have been finalised for the Sharks Leagues Club, with the internal and external building works expected to commence early in the New Year.

Following is a somewhat detailed technical report from Aouyan and their building partners Parkview as to the progress being made, with the latest drone photos of the precinct, taken less than a week ago.

• High level services to the retail levels are predominantly complete, providing the required provisions to the individual retail tenancies.
• Blockwork is 90% complete to Ground Floor and Level 1 retail areas including under slab insulation works.
• Works to the Commercial levels of Building E and retail carpark levels have also progressed to see commencement up to Level 5.
• Building A level 11 is formed with services, reinforcement, and post tension installation complete.
• Building B Level 7 is formed with services, reinforcement, and post tension installation complete.
• Building C has been formed to Level 6 for both pours. Pour 1 is complete, and pour 2 has services installed
• Reinforcement and post tension installation near complete.
• Building D is currently formed to Level 9 with services, reinforcement, and post tension installation near complete.
• Building E Structure is completed including the plant roof and overruns. Level 2 and 3 internal and external framing and façade is complete with levels 4 - 7 aluminium cladding now underway.

Not sure, might get better traffic if they're not in the LC, but probably better for the Sharks if they are.

Hopefully we see some designs on the LC soon.
They are the restaurant facing the ground under the leagues club levels to the left of the PB stand looking east, hence you would think the Sharks would some form of corporate agreement with them to use them as a corporate area for games.

the council used to have all the plans up but..theyve taken a lot of that accessibility away on the website.
