Print outs of emails feels pretty conclusive, I suppose they didn't need to wait... plus they must have been gagging to kick him out after all the trouble he's caused.

Simply they only need to look at inbox/sent/deleted folders for Flanno's account which they would have had to do for cap breaches. Not too hard to open emails and get a gist of conversations. Couldn't imagine there were 100's.
With the cap you have to go through all contracts and emails to ensure they comply and other discrepancies do no exist. A lot more exhaustive.

At the moment the club is missing a major sponsor, as we all know finding companies willing to pull down $6 million for 5 years isn't easy to do. Which posing the question, what if Barry finds one who wishes to impose the requirement that the sharks most play one or two games a year in their home country. Example China or the US. What are the members feelings on this requirement?

Yeah but the clubs wouldn’t be able to dictate where they are played based off what their sponsor wants. Imagine what a scheduling nightmare that would be.

Exactly. The NFL this year played a number of regular season games in London.
It would take a lot of backroom dealings to do it,but I have seen happen in other codes. Especially when you have large companies back teams, when corporate prides come into place and large amount of gambling on those games. We are talking companies with billion dollar turnovers and heavy Government connections.

No feeler lurking here mate, just a long suffering Sharks fan who had a moment of joy in 2016 and liked it so much he'd like some more.
Us older Sharks fans were fortunate to be in Dragon territory when we were younguns so we happily cheered on the red V for eleven years so we are not exactly deprived of premierships. A lot stayed with the mighties but being a parochial sort of bloke I switched to following our local lads in 1967. I'm a shire boy and knew a lot of them plus that was back in the day that a lot of the side were actually locals.

I assume the de-registration extends to all competitions nationally under the ARL (country sides, local sides, juniors etc).
Does it extend internationally? If not, Canada is beckoning were he can become a pioneer and build on their growth. Surely registration should be p*** easy over there?
