Such a contrast to last week. It is hard to understand how we can go from one extreme to the other so quickly, even more so when taking conditions into consideration.

Heino is in a bit of trouble too. We'll miss him if suspended.

The whole game was a contrast to last week. What we did with the ball, or should I say lack there of, was clearly different to last week. We wanted to win on monday night, tonight we just wanted the two points. Its a big difference between wanting to win and just wanting to get a result.

Let's put this into perspective......the opposition today were without an international winger, international centre's, state of origin 6 & 7, an international lock, an international prop and last year's hooker of the year. We had all the momentum and the result should never have been in doubt.

This - there is no excuse for us losing today - I'm so pissed off with our gutless team

Arona and Heighno bring nothing as props. We need the Fifita boys back immediately.

Beale should be dropped for Gordon and Barba should play fullback.

Wake up dick head. Heighnos probably been our best player all year....at prop.

Arona is only in for injury/suspension cover

Why not. What would he be doing if it was a 13 on his back?

Using the numbers on players backs as an example is useless in this team. We have holmes with 1 on his back playing on the wing. Then we have gordon with 2 or 5 playing fullback and gallen with 13 playing front row.

Gallen wants the No.7 on his back unfortunately...

It was typical us. Game we are expected to win and don't. We scored a couple of good tries but we still don't score EASY tries like other sides. We always struggle to get repeat sets and until we get a half that controls the game better we will always struggle. I actually think we missed Gals go forward today. Bird was quiet but he's a kid and at this stage can't keep producing week in week out. Wasn't our greatest hour today but we move on and beat Warriors

The reality is we played one bad half of football. The first half was fine.
It is not the end of the world!!

I also think we need to take into account fatigue from our last game given the conditions.

When is the coach going to stop replacing a winger / fullback for Barba?

I dont mind the fullback and winger switching, it makes some sense.

However the interchange thing making it 3 fullbacks is too much.

Flanno needs to make a hard decision, whichever way that takes us.

Just make a straight out decision and not an each way one.

Not bad today. Exciting game with plenty of points in it. We definitely ran out of puff at the end, which resulted in errors and silly penalties, and Penrith found an extra gear with the home ground advantage. I think for this game we should have either started barba or dropped him, so we could get an extra forward on the bench to help those poor buggers trying to get over last week.
It didn't help having Lewis need to interchange, and if Taga is playing, he needed to spend more time on the field.

I'm not ready to slit the wrists yet! There was plenty of character and good line speed while our guys had the energy.

As annoying as this loss is, I think we all need a deep breath look at the rabbits they also seriously ran out of puff and made silly fatigued penalties and errors absoltly last Monday night kicked both teams in the nuts.. Have a week off train hard and unload hell on the Warriors.
