Although I'm extremely pleased with the win, let's not get too carried away, their best player and most vital play maker left the ground early in the game.

he defs isn't their best player.

Everyone had a great game Robson really needs to work on his kicking especially not kicking it into people , good teams will make us pay for things like that.

What a great ****ing win that was. Great performance by the boys and kudos to Flanagan to get them up for this game. Easily our most complete performance of the year. Gallen just makes that much of a difference to our team. Carney looked fresh and interested. Those couple of weeks off will make a difference to our season. Even Robson was adequate today. Wasn't a bad player out there today and I had a hundge on the Sharks which makes the weekend even sweeter.

On a side note how well is Toops going since he came back? He out warriored the warriors today with his offloads. Will just about be our most important player come finals time. Yes, I said it. Finals time.

Andrew Fifita was impossible to stop, what a fantastic performance he put in today and overall he has been a fantastic buy for us, finally after hardwork he got a try, 2 actually, ecstatic for him. Carney and Best were Brilliant again, Toups put in another good performance for us, galls his usual self.

I wouldn't write us off just yet after that performance today.

And while people will say The Warriors didn't turn up etc etc the thing with us is we beat them, sorry flogged them.

We played as a team in both defence and attack, After the last couple of weeks I'm glad we had a performance like that not only for the fans but for the players themselves.

I hope that can take that victory into the next round and beyond.

Believe in yourself, Believe in your team mates and Believe it will happen.

Well done Sharks.

And on Fifita, how filthy must the tigers be now. He has stepped up in the last month. A player of that size being able to play the minutes he does is remarkable. I don't want to get too excited but how much more likely do we look now of winning a few more games than we did last week?

Im absolutely spewing. After watching the last 4 games i have to work today and miss watching the game! Good to see us back in form though. Hopefully the last few weeks have given the team a bit of a kick in the arse to power us into the finals. Just goes to show what a week (and return of our two best players) can do for a team.

I would say the only bad thing about our performance today was some of our long kicks got charged down which always creates nervous moments. Other than that, not much else I could fault.

I'm really happy with Carney's game today. Had a blinder! We're a much better team when he plays well. I was a little annoyed he didn't get his hat-trick but I can't get too picky about that.

We look much better when we play deeper. Carney had options today and Best really stepped up. Carney is very hard to stop when he has options insid and out. Apart from his kicking Robson was a good foil for Carney today.

Great game today for cronulla .. Toops carney and Fifita were awesome ! Effort an energy in defense especially on our try line was very pleasing ... Concentration an focus to keep playing the full 80 minutes an not shut down particularly great to see ... Sets a good platform for our run into the last few games of the year ... Momentum building win!!

...money time of the season has just begun!

Just on that, why did the Tigers let Fifita go Was it because of cap issues or attitude? Something else? either way they would be spewing over him now, same as Gibbsy but they couldnt keep him either way.

Flanagan played hardball and would only take Gibbs off their hands if Fifita was included. Due to their salary cap and faith in Woods and Groat they reluctantly accepted. One of my favourite players. And he is only going to get better.

I guess they also assumed Blair would more than compensate for what they were losing in Fifita, They were wrong....

Haha, very, very wrong. I never really rated Blair to be honest. I think 2012 has proved me right. More overpaid than Sandow and that's saying something.

Haha, funny you should say that. But seriously, I always give credit where credit is due. The last couple of weeks we were poor. This week was the best we have played all year. The test will be whether it was a response to all the bad press. I don't reckon so. I hope we pump the **** out of the Knights next week and secure our spot in the finals. To be honest, that win was outstanding. To put 45 on the warriors in their backyard is almost unheard of. In saying that the Warriors are terrible this year.

Haha was painful to read you praise robbo and flanno but credit to you for giving credit where credit is due
Agree with everything you have said in your previous post except for the crab
I've been impressed with him for longer then a month. I thought he brought his tigers sideways running to us for the first third if the season but then snapped out of it and has been running hard and straight for awhile now. Love the crab
