Resurgent Cronulla put unseasoned Warriors to the sword

That final one was the most appropriate at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland yesterday as the Sharks, welcoming back veterans Paul Gallen and Todd Carney, handed the Warriors an embarrassing 45-4 defeat. The seven-try scoreline represents the Sharks' ...

was great to watch it at the normanby with everyone

catching the red eye home we got to watch the replay of the game and it was just enjoyable the second time around

it was the most complete sharks win i have seen in a long time, great brutal defense, and surprising attack

and we also got to see dier do the crab dance! TWICE!

1 best

also, im not one to like any warriors players, but i can wrap nathan friend enough. not for his game but his sportsman ship.

he clocked matt wright in the back with accidental knees and was apologising and telling the ref it was an accident, but also checking and making sure matt was ok, then patted wright on the head twice as an apology. things like that get a little lost in the game today

Great team effort. Good that its tough to narrow it down to 3 players for the 3 2 1 points. Gallen solid stats first game back & even not playing last 10.

Well needed form improvement with the goal kicking. That is likely to be crucial in the games ahead.

I think it was good for Flanno to squash the rumours in the press conference. The papers & NRL site quote him today & hopefully all that rubbish goes away.

Looking a hell of a allot better than a few days ago & great to be in 5th with a good chance oof climbing to 4th with a win this weekend.

Sounds like Wade will be back this week also.

Yeah I thought that too. Normally day games in NZ you get stuck listening to those kiwi jokers.
They are just unprofessional. Way too biased.

I was listening to the game on the radio breifley and they had some kiwi mug that was banging on about how good Bill Tupou and the Warriors forwards were playing when we were up 30 points! ****ing joke.

Carney, Best, Fifita and Gallen were my standouts.

Then almost the whole rest of the team were great too.

I thought Degois was heaps quiet.
He has been for like 2 months.

Is he playing injured?

That's cause he only one 20-30 minute stint if I recall and didn't come back on.

He wasn't needed and Morris played pretty good

what a win and about ****ing time, no stress and so much more enjoyable to watch.
I had the pleasure of sitting in a random pub down the coast surrounded by warriors supporters and heaps of people who had backed them in their tipping comps.....happy days

If you are talking standouts MB why don't you say the name. Tupou. Sound it out. He was easily as good as those names you mentioned.

40-10 is an enormous effort for our under 20's.

Warriors under 20's are like best in the comp right?
