I'll take the win good, bad or ugly but what concerns me is we let tries in each week where you think we would have learnt our lessons already, e.g., Stapo leaving he's winger (Simona to score), I bet we see that happen again in coming weeks, whether it be Stapo or any of our wingers, watching us do this is Uate like in origin.

I can't seem to find the completion rate from last night but on Fox Sports News they said we completed 32/37. That's another positive from last night considering that hasn't been our strongest point this year.

Was a good and much needed win, though we were probably lucky in the end.

First half was excellent, we controlled the football and didnt allow the tigers into the game at all.

2nd half was a mix of us being in cruise mode and the tigers reproducing some of their good resent form.

We were lucky they ruled against that tigers try it looked ok to me. Mills also knocked it on cold at one point which they didn't rule on. Without those two calls we could have easily lost.

Stapo has shown enough in his first grade appearances so far this year to displace Feki. Mills should never play again, so hopefully Flash, Beau or Gardner are back soon.

Lewis looks good in the centres.

Tough game next week against the baby broncos keen to bounce back from a big loss.

Did Pommeroy modify Mills' boots as he looked like he had roller-skates on?
How would you feel as a Parramatta fan looking at that talent coming next year?
Glad to see a win and really looking forward to seeing them live next week in Brisbane.
Save some airfares and leave Pom and Mills home. If need be my Granny can cover at full-back.
She can catch the ball, sometimes.

Firstly those errors in the first half were forced by us and our line speed in defense. secondly it doesn't matter how tries are scored points are points. And thirdly it's the tigers with benji who has never lost at the ground.

Stop being such a negative prick all the time and give the boys credit when it's due, even the most negative ones on here give credit where it's due

You do realise that there is a difference between negativity and realism?

The guys did play well for large parts of last nights match; I never said they didn't.

You said they played "near perfect" in the first-half last night, which I totally disagree with. And you tried to rubbish my suggestion that they're showing no signs of being premiership contenders this year, which you clearly think they are, even though we've lost only one less match than we've won this season and were absolutely flogged by the defending premiers a few weeks ago.

Just because I don't jerk-off every time we win a game doesn't make me a negative prick. I want to see the Sharks win a comp as much as anyone, it's just that I'm also a realist.

Read it properly you muppet I was referring to showing signs of improvement I never once said anything about being premiership contenders

Just watched the game again. Fifita was just a menace. He's absolutely killing it. Carney played a good game too.

A bit worried about the curse Pom has left on that side of the field. For one of their tries Lewis came up and put a hit on a bloke without the ball and then Stapo, last resort tackler, does a Sandow-like shoulder charge. Geez mate, attempt a tackle, give your other blokes a chance to come in and they don't score.

But whatever, we got the win and looked pretty good at times even without some of our first tier players. I'm rooted.

Not sure if anyone posted about it before, but Robbie Farrah was talking about how Tigers paying Sharks off $200,000. Think its for Fifita/Gibbs and Heighn?

Last night was pretty good.

Fifita, I bet the tigepies miss him, had a blinder, solo try, taking out a winger what else can he do ?
Carney, Great kicking game, controlled the game well.
Taga, also had a strong game, nice hit ups.
Mills, Didn't go to plain and you could hear and see his frustration, chin up mate.

Solid game by everyone else.

Only concern was that period after half time, glad we held on.

Well done boys...........up up Cronulla

Not sure where to post this but someone please tell me :

Was that the tigers merchandise van set up inside remondis stadium tonight ? Inside the park ? Please tell me it wasn't , if it was wtf ?... Our clubs has rocks in its head , come to a sharks home game and buy tigers merch ? Please".......FMd !!!

Overall not too bad of a performance , first 20 pf the second half was a bit iffy but the share of the pill was always gonna turn around. Mills don't be too hard , terrible performance but it happens thankfully he won't be here next year and probably not again this season with , what flanno was thinking I have no idea , fifth is turning into one of the games marquee players and Todd was mostly very good tonight too , I'll take those 2 points but please beaut and flash be fit for next Friday.

Tigers merch inside our home ground , bloody hell what a freakin joke

Yeah the Tigers merch van was there, I've seen a Titans van at Remondis Stadium, also the Panthers one also goes every now and then, also we take our merch van to Wollongong and a couple of other venues when we play away.

Just saw the highlights on the news, I hope he stays a Shark for life

I really hope so too,

Best forward in the game at the moment

We seem to produce some forwards at Cronulla,

Fifita has emerged as the best forward and earning blues selection

Snowden earned a blues & roos jersey hen he was here, he has now gone on to nothing

Douglas was talked about for origin at some point but has gone quiet since going to the titans

Totally agree GWS.

Also I hope that Mermaid is alright after landing on her head as they ran out for the second half.
