Has McInnes got ball playing in him though? I’m yet to see it.

Passing from dummy half and ball playing at / before the line are two completely different things.
He’s more than capable of giving or receiving a tip on, he just needs to not run kamikaze one outs into set defences

Snowman, I think the post you wanted about Wilton / Moylan Brailey might have been my left side defence thread post?

Interesting comments about wanting someone to whack someone and that person being Wade. I agree, we need another hitman in the middle. At the moment we have Nikora, and that’s it. Just ask Cronk, if Wade has you in his sights, you’re going to find out about it sooner or later. Perhaps we could have used that type of intimidation for SJ on the weekend.

The only other hitman we have is Talakai. Imagine Nikora one side and Talakai on the other. Probably isn’t on the cards with Fitz with Talakai putting up big stats at centre. I do get the impression Talakai is actually putting up a lot of these stats coming in for hitups.

Wade to 13 could be the go. Roosters halves are lacking size, a Wade whack could put them off their game. Add in Nikora and we have 2 guys capable of putting on a hit if one of their halves want to take on the line.

The problem with a "hitman" these days is there is an extremely fine line with a good hit and getting sent for 10.

Listened to the Fins Up podcast for the first time tonight. Great chat on our Cowboys victory and obviously a good rapport between Dan and Terry.

So now that’s two good podcasts to listen to!

I'm listening to both Sharks podcasts now - Sharkcast with Sam and Fins Up with Terry and Dan.

Both are really good and I applaud the time they take to do the podcasts and give their opinions.

Unfortunately the latest episodes are a bit on the flat side with our disappointing loss but Dan went right off in their episode after the game.

No spoilers but Dan's language was very salty and while I normally would be against this type of thing, I was heard to yell similar words at the TV on Saturday night when the score reached 24-0.

Keep up the good work lads, really enjoy listening to you both!

The Sharkcast episode last week is funny in hindsight. Sam was so pumped, was saying the way we play will revolutionise the game, other teams will copy us etc.

By rightly so he seemed pretty confident we were gonna get the win, can never understand how Sam has confidence lol

Haha yeah but he had a bit too much I reckon, was rambling a bit about everything sharks.
I don't mind all the Sharks talk, I just hate how it builds hope ahaha.

Honestly Fins Up and SharkCast get me through my walks and drives to work. It'll be great if both podcasts did a meet and greet one day.

Sharkcast used to have an annual shindig at the Motor Boat Club to coincide with a game. Haven't done it since covid.

If you enjoyed that, you should go back and check out some of their pods from when Townsend was at the club haha.

I agree though, I thoroughly enjoy any sharks content that gets put out so I appreciate the time that goes in by all involved.

My experience is it’s a Chad Townsend podcast that had a sharks sub theme

As a person who drops a C bombs 100 times daily im not a fan of it on the pod, but it was a raw emotion from Dan

We lets this one slide

But the amount of times we have had to hit restart on it is very high
