gardner didnt debut under flanno
Neither did Penani, Lichaa or Junior. They debuted under Sharp.

Yep loved the BB Chadley. I believe Sharpey loved the BBs too. I thought I'd throw that in so we can't get accused of derailing a thread
""Look at Melbourne, they do develop juniors well, but thats more in scouting the talent to get there in the first place. Cos Melbourne doesnt have a big junior system like sydney/qld based clubs. They are gettin the players from these parts
I actually think Flanno is a very good coach of senior players, but seems to be a but lost when it comes to mentoring a young bloke.
Flanno's coaching successes were with Junior teams
Was it roosters sg ball or jersey flegg he coached to a undefeated season and premiership?
Flanagan is a very good "manager" of older established players and is very good at motivating them. He has no skills in developing and coaching elite juniors into first graders
Read above
Sorry?
Im not talking about winning a jersey flegg comp, i mean actually developing them into first graders after that
never thought I would say this but I can't wait for Flano to be back.
Opeth I am sure Flanno has never left why do you think Sharpie is coaching is because Flanno calls the tune

Flanno isn't leaving either
Those were the days. Never missed a game back then. Even when we lost we still played exciting footy. Not the rubbish we are playing now.Got to agree with shark 101 Sharp is correct. He shouldn't be a first grade coach. Flanno shouldn't be either. Zero imagination. Can only coach to arm wrestle. That is boring. I loved the Sharks when they were entertaining. ET, Barry Russell, Jon Docking, Johnny O'Connor, Weaponhead. It was fun at Endeavour. Even when we manage a win over the past few seasons it is empty.
Right. I didn't realise that. I'm probably wrong then. Maybe he's just Ricky's talent spotting disease?Flanno's coaching successes were with Junior teams
