Senior players have to take some heat as well, I know he's the coach & he has to coach, players play etc but I remember early on in the season before a ball was kicked Gal was interviewed & he said in Flano's absence it would he up to the senior players as well to help Sharpe out etc.

To be fair to sharp, Flanagans recruitment has been a major factor in this years results.

If sharp had to step in last year instead of this year he would have done a lot better. If injuries occurred he could of called up peachey, townsend and mills who actually care about the club

This is what ****s me. We finally get ET involved with the club again and we waste his time feeding jerseys to friggin sharks. Feki and leutele would flourish under his wing. Still wouldn't waste his time with Ayshford...

If this is true, I think Flanno is the wrong person to lead our footy team. If he has the teams best interest at heart then he would be absolutely devastated at the way we are going. If not, it shows that it's all about him and he has an ego a mile long.
