let me put it this way. Ricky Stuart has a better winning percentage at the sharks than Flanno does.

I'm happy to debate this, but please try bringing facts into it instead of this rubbish your all dishing up.

none of them got us a spoon either doesn't mean they were good coaches.

Basically I want the sharks to win a GF. Not just feature in the finals. Flanno for mine will only get us scraping into the 8 like he did last year. He has no clue how to coach attacking football as our lack of points last year showed.

I just really don't get the love affair people have the bloke. The guys a huge part of why the clubs so ****ed at the moment but for some reason he's worshipped like a god???

Keep harping on your 20 points game. You and I both know that's flawed logic and that for the entire season we managed very few games over 20 in fact we managed the majority of games struggling to score points. If you don't believe that, look at the results and look back in some of the threads for 2013 and look at everyone screaming about our lack of attack.

we need our board to make some hard calls and be agile.... surely Sharp has not produced and has also confirmed he doesnt want the gig...why not bring someone in cheap or within the ranks that wants a future coaching role - im sure Lance Thompson or someone can just step in for a cheap fee or Gallen can captain / coach or even give Herman a few mths experience.
