Apparently the blokes a football genius, it's every single other aspect of coaching he's no good at, eg workplace relations..

That's why him and flanno were good together, flanno manages the people and sharpie manages the technical side.
Like carney and robson...

Well, the dragons get it at least...

http://www.news.com.au/sport/nrl/st...o-take-the-reins/story-fndujljl-1226931443476

Price has been in charge of the Dragons for a total of 58 games over the past two-and-a-half seasons for 22 wins and 36 losses for win ratio of just 37.9 per cent.
Well, I know he's had a lot longer, and started with a premiership side, or close to, but I bet thats still double what Sharpy ends up with percentage-wise...

The dragons get it? Sharpie isnt our permanent coach. If the club sack him now we still dont make the finals and we pay a fee for another interim coach. Season is over, why spend another few 100k for pride?

Agreed BWB, its too late now. Im more just wondering why we appointed him in the first place, when his first grade coaching record was 39% over 5 years...

so what im saying was, these sort of numbers is what gets ppl fired at other clubs, but hired at sharks

If we bite the bullet and elevate Holmes or Brown to the top 25 and start getting some games into them, start preparing for next year, then I can cop a **** year. However, if we continue trotting out the same ****, week-in, week-out, then we are seriously even dumber than I thought if that's possible.

Great post, exactly what we should be doing. We can get something out of a bad year if we play our cards right.

If we keep losing the crowds will get smaller and they'll lose money anyway. But I very much doubt there will be any coaching changes this year

everton,

You are right if we keep losing it will cost us a lot of money for the remainder of this year , and harder to get sponsors next year and players who don't want to come to a team that is last, and showing no flair for the future.

Who and why did we appoint Sharp......... another not so smart easy dumb way out . This goes along with Talent !!!!!!?????? we picked up for this year.

Very Very Z grade all round . Come on Sharks wake up to the real world :hoping
