Barrett has worked with Sandercock before so wanted to bring in guys he knows.

The top clubs have some very good ACs supporting them. So much so al ot of them become HCs - O'Brien, Barrett etc

These conversations have been done. Talk should be more focused on coaching ability - morris has another year hopefully with some help that may unlock his other issues.

If he’s still having issues then yes you want a coach with better coaching ability. I’m not worried what other fans/media think, I’d rather look forward to the team playing a good game and being a powerhouse club then being happy the Sharks are liked but can’t beat a top 8 team.

I'd assume we signed him as an experienced and decently qualified assistant coach and then defence ended up one of his duties.

Our head coach is new and other ACs are Howlett and Holdsworth so Sandercocks experience probably went a long way to getting him a job.

I don't think anyone on here cares what the media or other fans think about us as long as we win and are successful.

The biggest issue people on here want to avoid is another peptide or salary cap scandal. We got within a bees dick of losing the premiership. Doubt anyone would be wanting Flanno back if that happened.
