If we want to continue to stamp our authority in this comp we need to do away with the Titans. I can see it now, a loss and everyone will be saying "they've peaked too early" "the wheels have fallen off" etc etc... Except they've already started saying this

Fatty last night for starters.
I don't usually watch the Footy Show, haven't watched it for ages because it's crap but I happened to be flicking the channels and as luck would have it they were actually talking footy. They came to the Titans v Sharks game and The two Queensland reps Fatty and Sam Thaiday both went for the Titans. So predictable. Big Marn got right up Fatty and told him he was kidding surely.
"Oh yeah," replied Fatty nonchantly, "they've been playing good."
"Good?" Retorted the Big Marn, "They've won bloody 15 in a row!"
Fatty just smirked and said something along the lines of that they'll lose soon, they can't win every game.
He then went on to say Manly would win all their remaining games and sneak into the 8.

I've heard a couple of people say it. The thing is though, I think there's still improvement left. It's not like we're maxing out or playing with a ridiculous amount of energy. A lot of times we've just got the job done.

There is no question in my mind that the defensive energy isn't quite there at the moment. Then again do we want it to be? We want to be "in the zone" when it matters. Staying pumped against lesser teams is hard to do.
