will be our toughest assignment in recent weeks thats for sure. titans playing gritty footy like we were known for.

Looking forward to a 50/50 game, see if we can execute and compete under pressure, rekon flanno might get the boys to tap into the seige finals sort of mindset. Always close games against these guys. James v fifs should be cool.

I ****ing hate monday night games. Have to wait all weekend for our game then we have a 5 day turn around for the raiders home game

Bird v Gallen will also be fun. If the streak was to end before the Melbourne game, this might be the one.
If we go to Robina and record a solid win, I'll be impressed.
Will be interesting to see Flanno's approach on this one. I know a few of the boys are having some time off, but will they go into camp up there or just fly up on the day or day before.
I didn't hear of any injuries against the Knights so I guess the only change will be Jimmy back in for Nu.
We really need to muscle up with this one, think we were a bit guilty of trying to go around the Knights too much yesterday, our attack needs to be straighter than Sunday.
One things for certain. If we make as many errors as we did yesterday against the Knights, the Titans will beat us easily.

Looking forward to this one big time. I haven't seen the team play live in 2+ years - I couldn't make it to the Titans game last year and they haven't played the ponies up here in ages. Looking forward to dressing the kids up in Sharkies clobber and paying $8 for a hotdog. Go Sharks!!!!
Titans are looking better with a few blokes back from injury, but they are not going that well IMHO... on their run into the 8 they have beaten the Dragons with McCrone at 7, a dilapidated Eels, and an injury-riddled Manly. I reckon they deserve their spot in the 8, but only because they are the best of the bad bunch. Sharks will win this comfortably.. though I reckon it'll be a high scoring affair - something like 40-18.

Agreed. I reckon they are sus on both edges. The bolded guys are going to see abit of traffic. I'm not sold on Nene MacDonald as a full time NRL player.

In the forwards, in addition to Bird returning I would expect Shillington to be named on en extended bench. Zeb Taia has been the Titans' best over the last few weeks. Nathan Friend is out.
Ryan James is massively over-rated. He's a lazy defender and very susceptible around the ruck. I would expect to see Ennis/Gallen/Heighington/Barba attacking him through the middle.

Ryan james overrated? Crikey, he's been great this year. Making good metres, scoring tries and has only missed 19 tackles for the year. So unless he's getting completely beating in the ruck which i haven't seen I'm unsure why you think he is 'massively overrated'
