You heard wrong. Look at the ticketek site.

Never that high. Just buy concession GA tickets and it'll cost you $10, and you get to sit on the 20m line.

My old man said he paid $35 at the gate to watch Roosters/Dragons two years ago and it wasn't the Anzac Day game. Anyway, even with those really cheap tickets, I doubt I'll go. Not really fussed to sit in an empty opposition stadium when I've got work the next day.

We've embarrassed this rabble in years gone by in seasons when our form and team hasn't even been all that good - we should be putting 30 on them but Roosters will show some sporadic fight and competence I feel

I agree mate, but if you read the Chookpen forum, the Roosters have lost the game already. So many of their usually smug fans are conceding they're no hope in this game.
I don't agree with them. On paper they look pretty strong and I reckon they'll be up for this game. But I reckon Flanno will have our boys up for it as well.

Do we rest anyone? I don't know. All depends how they back up tonight of course.

I definitely think we can win this and will win it but I know it won't be easy. For at least 60 minutes the Roosters will stay with us.

Most weaker teams fans have conceded before we have played them in recent times although some have held strong and thought they would be the ones to knock us off our perch. Roosters have the roster on paper but they are not performing at all, have had a terrible season. Even if we are complacent (which I doubt) I don't see the Roosters winning. Their defense is all over the place and their attack disjointed inside the 20. We have also shown that the Sharks can play in powerbursts if they are behind and take the game back away from an opposition, essentially finding a way to win.

Limit long range try opportunities and offloads (toops, JWH, SKD ect) and we should contain them pretty well. Roosters only chance is to outmuscle us with their big boppers but even then our goal line defense has been stout
Run at Fitler with Taga & Fifs all night long for good measure

Pierce will bomb to our edges when he has the 5th tackle option so Feki & Holmes will need to be onsong handling wise and have their jumping shoes on
Barba should be ready for his grubber in behind the line as well and our middle defense ready for his short balls to charging forwards

That first half try we conceded against panthers up the middle was soft.
With a 4 forward bench I hope Flanno limits Lewis minutes before he gets gassed as I wasn't impressed with some of his tackle attempts nor his dumb penalties last week

What, you want Taga and Fifs dropped to reserve grade?

In recent seasons the Roosters have been one of the good sides that we've had a knack of beating most of the time. This time we face them with the tables turned, with us as the good side and them struggling. I think we'll flog them.

Good to see someone has a bit of confidence. So many nervous nellies in here.

Maloney and Gal had pretty big games.
Graham up there too.

The rest should back up alright.
Fifita played like 20 minutes. Bird almost even less and hardly saw ball.

I'd be resting Maloney this game.
And Gal is replaceable.
