I believe there are still specific deadlines you have to hit. i.e. 28 signed players by a certain date, 29 by start of the season.
Likely some grace period when you release someone, but you can't just run with a top 27.
Moylan has to be replaced by someone making at least league minimum.

If he stayed, I reckon he’s prob on the bench or starting. I think with Kade coming along Matt being on the bench stifles the future. I like to think Matt took one for the team here.
