You guys need to relax a bit, he isn't head coach next year and will be lucky if he is the assistant even in two years. if we make the finals we will just get flogged. I don't know how covid-19 will effect post season and pre season training but an extended off season might actually be good for a few of our troops and to work on some things

Yes but it keeps our streak going, why wouldn't you want that?

How many clubs have made the finals six years in a row? I can only think of one other.

yeah exactly, i don't think anyone expects us to do anything in the finals, we'll go out first week but to make the finals I think will be a pretty good achievement considering our season with injuries, coaches and general limitations of the squad.

That's why I'm still ****ing mad we didn't take the 2 pts when we could have. We might not have won but it would have greatly improved our odds.

The master plan is not to make the board look like fools for sacking Bomber by having us miss out this year. Then next year they will look like heroes when Fitz get's us back into the 8.

Hannay is following the plan.

We all knew how pathetic Tracey is at 6.. so can we now ask why the ****** did this guy wait until round 23 with the potential of not making the finals to bring Metcalf into the halves knowing the talent he brings?

Someone will spill some utter nonsense about protecting a 22 year old.

He’s 22 ? Wow older then I even thought too.. he’s a keeper

Had some ****house luck with his knees but I guess also fits the common theme of halves starting to hit their stride in NRL closer to 24 than 18 these days (on average)
Looked very nice, wish we ran him at 6 and Tracey centre a week or two earlier

Like Wilson's been saying, they probably didn't want to rush him in too early.

He's shown that he belongs now though.

I want this guy gone next year as has no confidence. Heard him on TV the other day saying that he did not believe we had a top 8 side when he took over. He must be as boring as bat **** in the sheds if he has no expectations and been rubbing off on our team.

What ever his role was for next year, will b diminished even more now with pricey back… I think him staying was more a token gesture to give the outsiders a feeling of harmony. I’m ok with it..
